$30 Rear Axle Support Platform

http://www.fordification.com/forum/down ... w&id=42572 Hi Gents. Most of my wrenching is done my own self as an assistant, so I fabbed a structure to support my Dana 60 posi while working on it. My main goal was to stabilize it while I torque the pinion nut to its needed 280 ft lbs. You can see how the yoke is immobilized with the breaker bar while I torque down. The tie down straps keep it in place. I can knock away the 2X6 supporting the carrier so I can drop in and pull out the diff while setting it up. Comments? I am thick-skinned so I welcome those that begin, "well if I would have built that, I would have..."
