Hi everyone,
I have a 71 F100 and am looking for some help with a new steering column install.
Everything worked before I swapped it over, blinkers, flashers, etc..
Now, nothing works.
Spliced the new column wires into the old wiring harness so I could use the existing connector.
Checked the connector and I'm only getting power(key on) at the blue wire(goes to the directional flasher)
Any help would be appreciated.
Here are the 2 wiring diagrams I've been working off of.

Re: New steering column install
Did you swap out the turn signal switch from your old column? Sounds like that one has issues.

Re: New steering column install
If it's a used column , spray electrical cleaner in the turn signal switch , and work it back and forth.
(with wheel off) and test with a test light to verify power.
