howdy
new guy here. my new baby is a lwb 72 f100. 360 with i assume is a c6. dont know how to identify it. it has the usual problem,front cab mounts rusted out,the cab tilted forward and broke the guts out of the steering column. but i"ll fix this cab as it has air conditioning. my dad was a model a guy and i caught the resto bug from him. i"ll be asking lots of questions and helping out if i can. looking forward to participating.

Welcome. Another new guy here. The first thing I did when I got to this site was to use the data plate decoder to see how much of what my new purchase had was original. If you suspect the truck you have has original eqpt, try the decoder. Hope it helps and good luck!
