flywheels

Post by 67mann »

This is the one that came out of my 70f100/360..3speed
Image
picked it up yesterday (after it was turned)along with my new clutch kit
Q...why the groove and what makes it different from these

I'm gonna have the other two turned and use the one in the center of this pic

The clutch that came out of the truck(which would start and run,but not move in any gear)has the wear pattern of that groove in it. My buddy has provided me with the other two(one for him/one for me)which are both solid surface and presumably from 390's.
Q...So how do I know that it will be(balanced)fine for my truck....teeth count? or our there any markings to go from. The middle on and mine look identical with the exception of the groove
I've had enough and I'm not alone
