5 speed tremec tko 500

I've been looking into putting a tko 500 behind my 360 with 3 speed am i correct that the 3 speed has the same bolt pattern as the toploader 4 speed? If so the tremec should bolt up. I have one in my 37 pickup behind a 5.0. love that tranny.
