manual choke install

well installed carb, took off the manual cable. but forgot how it installs. the choke pull in cab.. is pulled out would that make the plate wide open
or do i have i backwards, almost done, cant wait to drive it again, thanks.

It's backwards....pulling the cable out should close the choke flap.
