carb eplacement ???

not sure if the carb is going out, hees a few issues im having.

1. seems to still run after i come to a stop ,,, as if i stop and im pushing on the gas petal al lil
2. when i come to a stop it dies, restarts easisly sometimes. sometimes it doesnt start so easily but it does restart, thank you for advice

if it has run on i think that is a pinging problem and can be cured by adjusting the timing. the dieing could be the carb.
