You may consider the ABS headliner that has speakers and a CB/Radio slot built in.
You may also consider a radio from http://www.retrosound.com/ They're a little expensive, but they are a modern radio (with ipod, bluetooth audio, bluetooth phone, and MP3 support) that fits into the dash without modification, and looks like it belongs there.
