Good evening Bill,
That black and white two-tone scheme looks so good, it makes me have second thoughts about my own paint plans! Superb choice.

Just checked in on your build, and it's super sweet! This is a true frame up done by a regular car guy with more attention to detail than some shops
I forgot just how good that color combo looks

New member here! Just looking through the threads for insights and hints for the planned frame-off restoration of my 1968 F100 Ranger "project", when I came across your thread. WOW!! Great work and an excellent looking truck! It will be absolutely awsome when you are done, I am sure! Especially if you keep up the same high standard of workmanship!
There is a wealth of information you have provided with your project thread that will undoubtedly make it easier for me! I am not as mechanically-inclined as you have certainly demonstrated yourself to be, and this will be my first stab at such a restoration. Your description and photos will prove invaluable as I progress through my project.
You mentioned earlier that you and your wife are "expecting". Has that blessed event happened yet? I sure hope everyone is doing well!
Can't wait to see your next entry and photos.
Bruce.

Don't know how I've missed this build thread. Just finished reading all 8 pages and I have to say that you have done an excellent job. You should be very proud of yourself and the truck.

Re: 67 F-250 2wd frame up restormod 1-24(Warning!)Large pics!
Sorry no pics right now, but I did get to work on it quite a bit this weekend.
Got all of the new 460 motor mount stuff painted and looking pretty. I also started working on the motor. It became a lot more work then I figured when I looked in the back water jackets of the block and found the typical major build up of gunk. It took me about 6 hours of work to get them all cleaned out, but its the kind of details that I hope pay major dividends in the end.
After I got everything all cleaned up, I got the D0VE heads bolted on. They are fully ported and look really good. I should be able to paint the motor and finish assmebly by the end of the week.

Re: 67 F-250 2wd frame up restormod 6-9(Warning!)Large pics!
Really good update! Got all of the main pieces back from the body shop. Everything looks exceptional and I can't wait to start putting it together to see how it all looks. Missing in pics is headlight doors, glove box door, toolbox door, and front bumper. It looks like I need to get a new front bumper as mine was not restorable.

Good day Bill,
Those parts look beautiful!!! The color scheme you've chosen is one of the very best looking on our trucks, in my opinion, and few of our trucks have it.
