Sorry yes I have been, not on purpose. It's just been a slow going process, but its moving. Thank you.DuckRyder wrote:Well, now...
Clearly you have been holding out on us - because that has cool written all over it...
Thank you, I've been doing the best I can with everything other than the body. The shop that's doing it is doing a great job, I think anyway.MAK wrote:Quality work there. Looking great!
Thanks, it's not finished yet, so I don't have the final bill yet.jzjames wrote:How much did that bodywork run ya? Looks good!
No not at all, can't give you an exact figure, but you're in the ball park.jzjames wrote:Hope you don’t think it’s a rude question. But my mind boggles at prices of paint jobs/bodywork etc.
Then I see TV shows throwing out numbers like 30, 40, $50,000 for these things.
Thanks, I don't have that skill level either when it comes to body work. So I chose a local shop that I like to do that part. They're doing an awesome job so far. The color is ""Ford blue flame", it what used from 2009-2016. I think it's looking pretty good on this old pickup.Idaho Chris wrote:Wow. That is really impressive. Way above my skill level with all that metal repair. I love the shade of blue you have chosen! Can't wait to see her finished!
Thank you. I like it a lot.hfdco4 wrote:That paint color is AWESOME!
