The picture of the hole in the firewall is for the rubber hose and spout for washer fluid for the windshield. the metal spout goes screwed to the firewall and comes up the vents.

Pieces left over from removal of the cowl to hood lacing/gasket. The metal clips that are imbedded in the rubber gasket. The gasket often gets ripped loose and the clips stay behind.

Re: Ford f100 1970 resto after crash
The thing that goes in the door is the temp sensor for then spark retard system which was probably disconnected long ago... mine was. There is a filmstrip in the Ford Literature section of this website. It explains it all.

Re: Ford f100 1970 resto after crash
Greetings from California. That was a great truck, sad to see that accident mess it up. Good for you that you are putting it right. Where do you get parts? Here another frame would be easy to get, and pretty cheap at my local Pick A Part, but I'm guessing that in your neck of the woods they are few and far between. Were these trucks sold new in Holland? Or are they imported now?

Re: Ford f100 1970 resto after crash
i have to order parts in the us, there is now one frame (complete truck) for sale in the netherlands. probably i buy that one, if not, i have to import one..
these trucks are all imported, you dont see em very often here, but there are some hidden in garages and with some american days, they come out
last few days i bin busy with welding holes and search for rust
gastank holes
the spark retard system
some guy made i nice hole for de ac cables
rust (front cabin corner)
do you see where it is
found this,
need some new cab corners, i think
i made a time lapse, not much to see...

You're doing a good job on that truck!
That Lincoln welder looks like mine.
Mine is the Weld Pak 10. It'll do anything from sheet metal to frame welding!
