1969 Ford F-100 4x4 Build

This is my build, a 1979 Ford F-150 4x4 with a 351M and C6 trans 3inch Suspension lift. A 1969 Ford F-100 2wd factory 302 and C4 transmission with 4:11 posi rear end
It started out as this:

We found the 79 cab was badley rusted out, we didnt think we could fix it so we looked into the 69 cab which was fair and was in out are of fixing so the tear down began:






Then we started the tear down on the 69 body and frame dont have alot of pictures of this one:





Then we started cleaning the frame:






Then The time came to sit the 69 2wd body on the 4wd frame with a three inch body lift of course:









Ok all of this happended a couple of years ago the truck has been sittin ever since we sit the body on the frame just bolts stuck in the mounts to kinda sorta holding the truck together today we restarted the prodject with acesss to the tools we need so we go pick up the unfinnished prodject lookin like this:



After about an hour of tryin to get the the truck on the trailor we started our way to the shop:





I started immediatley on the front cab mounts patchin the rusted out holes and cab mount on the passenger side:

brings back memories. i was there not too long ago..and on some of my trucks you are way ahead of me. keep up the good work. your shop looks like mine, except mine is now under about 8" of snow. but man do we have alot of room!
