As I said up above,
"The upper hose is on the PS and the lower hose is on the DS. Yes, it has spots for the trans lines."
I'm pretty sure it is the same thing as a 390 radiator. In fact, when I ordered it, I didn't order anything special. I'm pretty sure I just ordered a 390 radiator for a 72. With that being said, I'm sure they are all the same because the radiator supports can be swapped back and forth (sort of). So, no big deal. If you have the upper hose on the PS side and the lower hose on the DS, then you are all set.

No offence implied here Davbell22602, but I just have to ask and I'm not surprised somebody else hasn't before me, what kind of pickup did your buy, I love following the post on fordification daily and I've seen you looking for just about every Part needed to build a truck from the factory, didn't your truck come with anything useable? but Hey, it's not really any of my buisness either, I just thought maybe, it might have been cheaper for you in the long run if you'd started out with something better or more complete, it just blows my mind if your putting good money into bad, but, I don't know, How about some pictures of your project.
