I am looking for a running 360, the engine has a rod trying to exit the block.
This thing is really cool, it was orderd as a longbed stepside, with rear fender delete. the utility boxes are bolted to the bed sides in place of the fenders. It has the wood bed under the camper.
There is some rust and I can see me spending $10,000 on this thing and not sure it would be worth that when I am done....
Right now its for sale for $1000

If you're asking the question you should sell it. If the project hasn't even started and you're having doubts it's not a great idea to jump into it.
The rust looks like it's bad enough to have eaten the cab mounts already. The way the cab and fenders don't line up is a telltale for serious rust issues underneath.
That said, the thing doesn't look bad at all. The paint looks like it would shine up nicely. Lets say you toss a craigslist 360/390 in there for $500 and spend a couple hundred more on good cab mounts, scrap that camper and put some decent wheels and tires on it, power brakes and steering and all new rubber you'd have a nice driver for a little work and under a few grand.

i doubt you would spend 10,000 fixing it up. but it depends on what you do to it i guess. you could spend that on an engine rebuild if you went crazy. but that truck doesnt need a crazy engine. fixing rust and maybe recover the seat and or a few other little things could cost around 1-2000.00 at the most. depending on how much rust there was and what other little things might be wrong with it. as far as keeping it or selling it depends on what your plans are. do you use it very often? is it just a toy to look at? do you go camping with it ? ever? the toolboxes look like a cool deal. if i had it i would use it as a tool truck myself. if you are goign to sell it try to get rid of the camper first. and then push the point of the tool boxes moutned on it. it would be kind of like selling a utility bed truck.
