Heavy duty front coil springs?

Does anyone know where to obtain a heavy duty coil spring? Can another heavy duty or super heavy duty coil spring be fitted to our bumpside?

Thanks, they do have a heavy duty part number in stock. I may try those. I'm attempting to stiffen up the front of my 67 so it doesn't bob & weave so dramatically every time you make a turn or brake hard. Heavy duty shocks, steering damper, sway bar are all part of this ongoing process.

If anyone knows a of an even more stiffer spring please let me know.

I have a set of 73 F350 springs you can have if you're close. They'd probably be excessive once cut to length needed for a F250 though.

socal, I can get 350 springs around here... Interesting. I wonder if they are the same diameter. Thanks for the info.

I believe the coil is, but it's a thicker metal and taller...If that makes sense.

I have Moog Cargo Coil springs on my truck. I'm very pleased with them.
I recommend KYB Gas-a-Just shocks, also.

Thanks. I do think I'm going to go with a proper bolt on HD spring rather than mess with cutting and fitting 350 springs.

Try out the Bilstein shocks and a sway bar first and then make a decision on HD springs. Just the shocks made a huge difference on my F250 Crew, even though they're speced for a F100. I still have sway bars to add as well.

I've used KYB's on my former trucks, with seemingly good results. When I looked for Bilstein, they redirected me to Belltech shocks.

Those Beltechs might be just the ticket...

Reviews on the Beltech shocks are not good. I did find the Bilstein part number for the f100. They look totally bullet proof. I'm going to try those.
