Puller needed for rocker arm?

Puller needed for rocker arm?
Hearing ticking. With valve cover off, no oil is flowing over valve rocker on driver side nearest firewall. Removed rocker nut, but can't get the darn thing off. Is there a special puller?

What engine, 302 or I6 the rocker should wiggle off once released. Might need to roll the engine over to release a bind.
