Howdy Bought a "new" Truck Today!
Just bought a 68 f100 runs great my first ford truck. Sat for 30 years last year a kid and his dad got it running and rebuilt a few things and he sold it for a 1000 bucks I don't think I did too bad. Needs some new floor pans body is in decent shape needs a door patch and a new tailgate but that's not too bad. Even has AC and a Heater. No stereo kid said he could cut up the dash and put in a single din before he sold it told him to NOT touch it. I can get pictures up soon. A few things I am gonna have to get used to... No power steering and it brakes about as fast as I can do a quarter mile... So those will probably be my first few things to work on. If anyone has any ideas love to hear them. Other than that super excited to get it out of the clutches of a kid who wanted to put Hydraulics on it and a Vtec honda engine...

Definitely start a project thread! And theirs a whole section on power steering conversation in tech articles.
Thanks JP! Ms. Cordova is a factory 1969 Ford F100 Ranger with a 390, Front disc brakes, Cordova copper orange, behind the seat box
