New guy from East TN

Hello to all you truck nuts. I found this forum after i found out that my great Grandfathers truck was up for sale by my uncle. My Great Grandfather bought this truck new in 72. And took very good care of it parking it in the barn just about every night. I could not let this truck go to just anybody i had to have it, after much discussion with the little lady that took my last name. I got the green light to purchase it. I had to drain the tank and rebuild the carb to get her going, it's been sitting for about the last five years, but it fired up and the motor sounded great. Yea its going to need alot of work but i cant wait to get her road worthy again, with the help from from all of you. Ive had alot of vehicles since i started driving in 1986, but ive never been as excited as i am about this one. :woohoo:
