Project Juggernaut

The truck...
87 f150 with a 302, long bed regular cab automatic 3speed, 3:08 open rear end in need of some paint an body work.

The back story...
I traded a 96 Cadillac Deville for for my 87 F150, the truck ran great for about 2 weeks then started having problems. The starter would stay engaged SS the truck was already running. So I replaced everything in the ignition system, started, ignition swi tch, relay solenoid. Then was told it was a comment problem with tilt steering columns which I had so replaced the steering Columbus with a normal one and bam worked like a charm for about two weeks then noticed the truck was getting harder and harder to start.
Check the fuel pressure and it was seriously low like 18-20 psi not good. So I order an Oem walbro 255 inline fuel pump and replaced the fuel filter at the same time. Now the truck run pretty good, good enough to drive around and enjoy a little now.

The plan...
I know the 302 has a block issue after 500hp but I want to see if the truck block (non roller) is stronger then the normal mustang. So I'm building my won't twin turbine kit using stock 7.3 diesel turbo. I need to build and upgrade a lot of the truck, I need 2 more fuel pumps for the tanks, also have to up grade the rear end to something with posi and still find a set of gt40 heads. People have said its a waist if time to build a truck but I love my f150 this is my 5th one an by far the most problematic but that's okay.

I'll update with pictures when I can. At first it may just be a bpu with nitrous 302 but within a year I want to bw pushing boost.

My starter solenoid keeps welding its self together and after about 4 months of searching my head I think I know why. The previous owner thought it to be a wonderful idea to put the power and ground on the high amperage side of the solenoid. So I'm a f'n idiot in that one and then discovered that 4 of my 8 injectors went bad on me all at once. So now I've ordered remand injectors and an new fuel pressure regulator, so now I'm hoping all will be well.

On the plus side I just need my barebones came and liters from summit and install my headers and my truck should have quit a lot more pep in its step.
