Wanted to post a few pics of what I inherited last year. This truck was purchased new by a family member and then my Uncle purchased it in 1976. It started out as a 1967 F100 Custom Cab, In 1979 he purchased a 1970 F250 crew cab that had a tree fall on it and crush the cab. My father and I (12yo at the time) helped cut down the frame and put the 1967 cab and short bed on it, along with a Rancho Lift and 38/15.50's. Truck is powered by the original 1970 360 and has the original black and white paint in these pics, before the black primer.
He was in Vietnam and as a tribute to him I will be building it back old school style as he had it in the late 70's.
First 2 pics are the day I got it. Had been sitting 15 years, changed fuel, oil and plugs and it fired right up.

Re: My inherited 67 F250/short bed
Here are a few pics after the new floor pan is installed and the original paint is scuffed down and primed (pre body work). Having a drag car and a few other vehicles I don't have all the time I need but it is getting there slowly. Hopefully in the next month I can get a handle on most of the body work and mechanical issues.

Re: My inherited 67 F250/short bed
So far I think it's a pretty neat truck...probably won't see too many 67 F250 Short Bed 4x4's running around. Can't wait to get it on the road and the trails.
