My 2wd 67 LWB Custom Cab F100

Post by moore89 »

Hi everyone, I posted in the welcome mat section a bit ago. I've been on here for a long time, but until lately my old truck has been sitting for a long time now. I bought this while I was in high school and it has gone through a few different setups. I never could make up my mind, and I did a lot of dumb things but it was a learning experience. Anyway as it sits now I just pulled my motor out to tear down and inspect. I grenaded a cam and bent three pushrods last time it ran.
Current setup is a 460/C6 setup I built back in high school, it was my first engine build.
Engine:
-Stock crank and "football" rods
-.40 over pistons
-D0VE-C heads that have been opened up a bit
-Comp cam 305 dur and .591 or .601 lift (I can't rember)
-Weiand Stealth intake
-Holley 750hp carb

Transmission/rear end:
-C6 with semi manual valvebody and transbrake (never setup or used the trans brake)
-3200 stall converter
-Driveshafts Unlimited driveshaft
-full spooled nodular 9" with 4.56 gears
