Hello all.
Recently I purchased a '68 F100 for $500. Not bad considering its got a floor conversion with a Hurst shifter, bucket seats, and an aftermarket exhaust. The seller's son was working on the truck as a project and ditched it last year. Seller got tired of trying to sell it and decided to pony it up for $500 on Craigslist.
I'm in Island County, originally from VA. Got the truck from Bow. Interesting trip getting the truck on the dolly and off considering the steering is in need of repair. The rims/tires in the photo is different from what is on the truck. These are the pics the seller sent me initially.
Seeing as how I have never owned a Ford truck, and had an '82 Mustang very briefly but a cracked engine block forced a sale on my end, this is a very different experience for me. I appreciate any input and advice whatsoever and look forward to getting insight from y'all in the future. Take 'er easy.

I appreciate the welcome guys. As it turns out, this truck is indeed a project...but considering it's a '68, turns over, and needs minimal work to drive (steering coupler and brake fluid/brakes bled), not too shabby for $500.
