So I broke down and paid the big money for an Eastwood flare tool after using some other cheaper ones and being disappointed. It is very expensive, but I think it is worth the money.
Here is my very first flare, I need to get a better reaming tool and chamfer the edge a bit more but it turned out pretty well I think.
Keep in mind that I'm using 3/16" stainless steel which is harder to flare than standard steel lines. Anyway, I would recommend it to anyone, simple to use, does a great job.
