axle swap

Hello all, I have a 72 f350 crew cab that has dual rear wheels. The front end is a four wheel drive , large hub, heavy duty D44 with a 4.09 gear ratio wich came out of a 77 f250. The rear axle is a D70 with 4.10 gear ratio. I don't really want to keep the dually on it.. so i'm thinking I could trade staight up with someone who has 3/4 ton 4x4 axles and maybe a long bed...and who is looking to convert to a dual wheel aplication. Let me know what you guys are thinking. I'm located in southern MD, but I may be able to drive somewhere if someone was interested.. also I have tools and a decent garage setup(with a lot of beers) to complete the swap if if a deal is worked out.PM if interested.
