Hello all, I'm relatively new to Ford pick ups... I've been working on a nice old Camper Special for a friend and am having some difficulty with the fuel gage... The owner tells me that the previous owner "disconnected" the rear fuel tank and that the gage hasn't worked since. Can anyone give me something to look for in "reconnecting" the rear fuel tank in hopes of fixing this issue? Thanks so much.

I am still a newbie myself but...
Does your in cab gauge work ? Might be the IPVR or sending unit on the aux tank. Check the tech section as there is a very good write up detailing this issue, or use the search feature. Very common problem. I have not fixed mine myself
