PO told me that he "disabled" the shifter so that the truck couldn't be stolen. While I am still able to put it in gear, the shifter is loose. Check out the video.

I believe this is a T-18 Borg Warner Trans. I also have a NP235 on another truck
Question - Does anyone know if the shifters can be interchanged?
Here are some pictures of the shifter
Thank you

i've had sloppy shifters but thats insane!

Not so much "disabled"...... more like broken. In your second picture it looks like the area where the pin (7B125) goes for the shifter pivot point is broken off. The other pivot must be missing or broken also for the shifter to swing around like that.
Looks like the fix is to replace that worn out shifter and the top cover of the transmission. Or possibly swap in your other transmission.
Edit: Also makes you wonder where the pin went to.... Hopefully not down inside the tranny, it is a hardened piece of steel, and it it got caught up in the gears...well, really bad things happen.

Re: Houston ... I think we have a problem
The PO of my '67 had damaged the shifter lever in a similar way....mine was actually missing a whole lot of metal (guess where that went?--inside the trans). It was damaged when one of three forks on the pressure plate let loose, locking the truck in gear. PO just muscled it into and out of gear, sans clutch. It was parked for 10 years after that.
Mine is an NP235. I looked high and low to find a replacement lever, couldn't within the timeframe that I had. Numerous welding shops wouldn't touch it. Finally found one that would--he welded both of the grooves 'solid'. I then had to cut new grooves for the pins with a Dremel and cutting blades. Works like a champ, cost me about $20 in welding and $30 in cutting discs.
Good luck!
