It will be a bit of work. I doubt the frame brackets would swap because the 78 frame is tapered while the 67 frame is straight. You will be moving spring perches and buying new 3" wide ones.
IMO, there's a small ride quality difference between those springs. Both sets are old style springs and probably far from new. New springs in the stock width with low friction sliders would be a big difference.
