Hey guys, it seems like I read about this somewhere, but I want to make my brakes power and keep the drum/drum setup for now. What booster will work, and not change rod length, etc.? I have a '69 with three speed, 302, non power steering (which I will change!) Thanks,
Ron S.

BTW....I have one that I took off my Truck that was a year Old.I only changed it to put my Tall Valve Covers on...

Hey I just did that swap a week ago. Already had the parts from a 71 or 72 pickup, can't remember exactly as I picked up those parts a few years ago. The booster is the tandem diaphragm style with a straight rod coming out, non-adjustable. It was the perfect length too, no screwing around with the pedal or a drill. You also need the booster mounting bracket to the firewall, the intake manifold vacuum tree with the 3/8" nipple, 3' of 3/8" hose and the firewall clamp to keep it from flopping around, all junkyard items. It's an easy swap, the hardest (or most nerve-racking) part was rebending the steel brake lines to reach the M/C. What a difference it made! You will like it.
Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I'm headed to the salvage yard this week for a couple of things, but if I don't come up with anything I'll email you Cobraf100. Thanks again,
Ron S.
