need c4 dipstick length

Post by nolan in blaine »

Hey im wondering if anyone has one of these pan fill c4 trannys that can do me a quick favor. I need to know what the length is from the top of the dipstick tube to the full mark on the dipstick. I think mine might be low. I'll have a new dipstick Tuesday but was hoping to check it today with a close hanger or something.

ya if you could check it out that would be awesome. I was just about to call summit racing and order a Hughes fill tube and dipstick. But if you could take a measurement and save me $60 that would be awesome.

I'll have to get that for you tomorrow, nolan. We're kinda in the middle of a severe thunderstorm/tornado warning and I have to walk around the house to get to my shop. I melt. Or do I float? I can never keep it straight :? :D

Got it. The full mark is between 18-1/16 to 18-1/8 from the bottom of the dipstick cap. The ADD mark is 5/16" below the FULL mark. Hope this helps!
