67 428 F250

Post by 67 428 F250 »

First timer here!
Dad purchased this 67 new in Portland Oregon.
352 engine, 4speed trans, Dana 60 16 spline with limited slip with 373 gears.
In late 70's, Dad dropped in a built 428 with headers and dual exhaust, very nice!
Project 1, I Recently purchased a 68 Camper Special and donated the Power Disc Brakes to the 67, sweet!
This upped the gears to 354 but lost the limited slip.
Project 2 is to install an Eaton elocker and swamper tires for the rear, I have my fingers crossed on this one, has anyone accomplished this??
Project 3 is to add an overdrive unit, has anyone done this or swapped for 5speed trans??
Project 4 will be interior.
Project 5 will be exterior.
This is my primary pickup for my construction business
Will

"Bump" is short for "Bump Side", it's the shape of the side of our trucks where the trim attaches. The next generation us a "Dent", short for "Dent Side."
