Hello guys!

Post by Smitty127 »

My name is stu smith, I have more projects than time but I'm pretty good about banging them out and that's why I'm here.about 6 or 7 years ago I got a 1969 f350 funny car hauler,390 auto drw,it was owned from new by Bobby Lagana, he was a great new York drag racer who Totally raced on a shoestring budget, his son bobby jr won the ihra top fuel championship last year. They actually started with funny cars, then went top fuel and all along kept this crazy old ramp truck. Anyway without getting too long winded, this f350 is absolutely the most famous drag racing tow vehicle, worthy of being put back together. She's a bit rough, but with some effort, some great guys on this site we have solid pieces of the puzzle solved.
Thanks for a great site and once the weather breaks pix will follow!

Welcome Stu. We have already talked but I am always happy to formally welcome another New Yorker, especially one who owns an F350. We are rare on this site, probably mostly due to overuse of road salt! There just aren't that many 40 year old trucks around here in New York anymore. I hope I can help you get rid of any of your extra new Western parts.
More picture please.
