C4's. Although there is a "baby" C6 with the smaller bell housing pattern, it was not offered in bumpsides.

Don't quote me but I believe the 351C bolt pattern is different than the SBF 302/351W pattern.Fo-Mo-Co on Wed Jan 26, 2011 8:36 am

Re: Which trans?
Thanks, it was what I could afford for now. Real happy with the C-6, (except at highway speeds). I've had many C-4's and just didn't want another, (especially in a one ton). And the C-6 being plentiful helped make my decision.67fordman1 on Thu Jan 27, 2011 11:42 pm

Not trying to steel the thread...but along the same lines. I will have a mildly built 302 (cam, heads, 4bbl)...will a c4 still be well suited for this motor?

Re: Which trans?
Hey,
I thought most 302's were backed up with a FMX.

A C4 will be fine for your application.marvin2 wrote:Not trying to steel the thread...but along the same lines. I will have a mildly built 302 (cam, heads, 4bbl)...will a c4 still be well suited for this motor?
