Will the center section on my 1970 F100 9 inch rearend be centered or is the pumpkin offset?
1969 F100 428 with T19, 3.00 9inch 31 spline w/ Detroit Trutrac, '74 frame swap successful!

the rear axle is made to be offset. and some of that offset is designed into the center pumkin also. the offset is to line up with the engine and transmission.

But the axles are the same length, right? Any offset is just in the position of the pinion.
