duraspark
i recently went to the junkyard to scrap up a duraspark distributor and rest of hardware needed to convert to a duraspark system. i got one out of a ford bronco . it was hot as hell out there and i must have grabbed a distributor from a 351.it looked like it would fit but the shsft and gear where to big. my old distributor has the cam for points on it, how does that cam come of.to be able to put the top plate in the distributor. my motor was a rebulit on from a good rebuilder.the original motor had 13/16 plugs, this one has 5/8 plugs.by the way its a 302. thanks for any help.

Re: duraspark
i got my duraspark distributor hooked up and it works fine without the white wire hooked up. if i hook it up the truck won't run. it will attempt to start but it won't run . i am confused.
