strange stalling

seems like it have troble starting it, and stalls. ok then it starts, seems like i gotta give it a little gas when im driving so it doesnt stall, do u thing carb is out of adjustment such as idle. or do you think the whacha call it is out of adjusment. that little plunger, anti stall thingy is out of adjustment.
i just rebuilt the carb,

I assume you have an automatic and this is AFTER the motor has time to warm up good. Yes that thingy could need to be pushing a tad more on the throttle lever. With the motor at idle in neutral just turn it up until just before the motor start to raise rpm.

If you do not have a manual choke then it may need adjustment.

Or your idle fuel mixture could be off.
