Block difference between a 428 and a 428 Cobra Jet

I was wondering if anyone knows the difference between a regular 428 block and a 428 Cobra Jet block. We have 2 blocks here-both are 428s but one has some additional webbing on the main bearings. I've heard this could be a Cobra Jet but I've also heard this might not be the case.
