What Engine Perches And Manifolds Are Thease??

Post by FordTruck »

I just bought me a new project truck. Its a 71 F250 Camper Special and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what engine perches thease are for. Also if thease are small block manifolds. If I can figure out what manifolds and perches thease are it'll help me figure out how much work it'll take to put my 302 C6 combo in it.

The exhaust manifolds are small-block, but the engine perches are FE/I6 perches. Don't use those perches for your small-block.

Yeah probably  . I'm trying to sell a bunch of my extra stuff to raise money to pay backmy dad for the F250 and then just keep the F100 at my grandma's but if I can't I'll part out the F100.

:hj: Why would anyone put a small block in a 3/4 ton truck? F100 shorty is cool but F250's are work trucks. :2cents:

Both of them are long beds and I just like how much bigger the F250 looks with the camper special suspension. It'll be a work truck but just for now I'm gonna use the 302 but whenever I can come up with the money I'll put a big block back in it.
