Meanng of Service

I was confused when I heard the word 'service' used with these agencies.

Internal Revenue 'Service'
U.S. Postal 'Service'
Telephone 'Service'
Cable TV 'Service'
Civil 'Service'
State, City, County & Public 'Service'
Customer 'Service'

This is not what I thought 'service' mea nt.

But today, I overheard two farmers talking,
and one of them said he had hired a bull to

'service' a few cows.

BAM!!! It all came into focus.

Now I understand what all those

agencies are doing to us.

Now you are as enlightened as I am.

My cable co. has "served" me for the last 2 weeks. My internet has been down for the last 2 weeks! I called numerous times & all they can tell me is a tech has been notified of the situation. What a crock. I finally re-wired all of my coax from the box to the computer, thus fixing the problem myself.....

I hate calling the company about my cable service....Usually end up with someone overseas that cannot understand me and I can t understand them. Terrible service
