go ahead and get the rest of them out! you may have already loosened it from the pad and you probably wont miss it when its installed!

I was thinking that one was pretty accessible with the cluster, radio and ash tray out. Here's a couple of photos and it looks like you could get to it. If the bolt is turning, when you have all the others out maybe you can bind it enough so the nut will back off (liberal applications of penetrating oil). Either that or you could break the nut with a set of pinchers. Good luck.

Jamie, I had one stud come off when I picked my dashpad up to remove it (after the nut was off). Dont sweat it to much. If the pad slides forward, try tilting it away from windshield. It should come right on out then you can take that last stud out and glue it back on your dashpad.
