How hard would it be to give my 72 power steering? Any idea of cost?
Thanks

Look in the tech articles right here on the forums. Keith has it covered. It really isn't too tough if you know what you are getting into and have all the parts you need ahead of time.

Jay,
I'd call a few salvage yards around there and see if they have a 77-79 4x4... you could swap the front end and have power steering and discs.. might not be too bad at all... I'm gonna go that route with mine, but haven't had time to look around yet.

OOPS! I didn't notice that you had a 4x4. I have a box and the shaft from a 77 F-150 4x4 but someone torched off the piman arm and you would have to find one or weld your old end on it. You would still need to find the pump, brackets, pulleys and hoses for your engine. I might have some of that stuff for an FE engine.
