steering wheel interchange?
my first question is can you put a pre-70 wheel in a 71-72? also does anybody know if a 65 mercury car wheel will fit any 67-72 trucks? I'm shopping for a f-250 and this is actually a concern for me, I dont like the later wheel at all. thanks in advance.

re: steering wheel interchange?
The earlier wheel will fit with a slight modification to the steering shaft. The end of the shaft (under the steering wheel) is a tiny bit longer than the earlier shaft, so to put an early wheel on a later shaft you'll have to do a little grinding. Here's the differences:
I have no idea about the Merc wheel.
