Getting a little swamped with all kinds of other stuff going on in my life, but I'm trying to at least attach one tube a day.

Thought about it, and may do that in the future, but for now, I'm gonna leave it full cab.

Basically, you shop off up into the doors/body, and plate it with steel, so it has a U shaped "hull" like a boat does.

Got the email from work that i was dreading. My departure date to Alabama got bumped from 2/9 to 2/4. So I lost another weekend of working on this thing. I'm gonna try to get a little more done between now and then, but its not looking promising on getting much done. Truck will be going back on hold for a month or two.

But, without the job and the travel, I wouldn't be able to afford the truck.... so its kinda like a catch-22

I'm not sure we are hiring anymore. But you never know. You'd have to move to San Antonio though.

That's okay. I was just kidding. My wife lived in San Antonio right after she graduated from college. My best friend from high school has a dental practice in San Antonio...

Slowly but surely, making progress. Ignore the random bent piece of tubing laying there. It is just temporary. Need a place to stick it while I was thinking.

So I'm assuming your performing a full penetration destructive test on your welds. Would that be per MIL spec or AWS criteria?
