Had to make some patches in the box floor, that's why I have the one panel I welded these panels from the top and bottom, to make sure they were strong. Had to replace one of the supports along the bottom also.

shot the box in epoxy. Flipped it over, and shot the underside in epoxy, black urethane.

Mounted the 79 power steering box. Had to make a cut out in the crossmember to get to where the nuts would be welded on.

Mounted the box, then welded the nuts on the back. Welded the plate back on the crossmember.

Had the new doors dipped. I'll have to do some patching in them, and fill the trim holes that I won't be using.

Shot them in epoxy, then filled the belt line trim holes, and the holes for the factory mirrors, since I'm using a late model mirror. Also patched the corners.

Had to replace the bottom of the inner drivers side door, it was pretty rusted at the bottom.

Back to the box sides. I knew I was going to have to replace the flanges, to weld the box sides back on, so, got those made up and attached.

The passenger side box corner was in pretty bad shape. I was able to find the NOS corner, and the NOS inner support online.

Welded some bracing inside the box before removing the cab corner.
