Looks like the backspacing on the front wheels are too small (3") and with the current control arms there isn't enough lift for the wheels to clear the fenders. Looks like I will have to rehoop the front wheels to increase the backspacing and get longer control arms

The bed was taken off to finish welding the underside so I took some pics of the rear end.

front bumper taking shape. It should be finished in the next couple of days. It will be welded to the phantom grille shell to become one piece. Also started installation of the LED headlights.

Before and after modifications to the core support with some work on the intake.  Bumper is almost completely formed and welded to the grill shell.

Wow! You've got some serious skills my friend

I'm curious where the sunroof was procured from.

The work is being done by a shop. I don't have the skills to do the type of fabrication that's being done on this truck.

I bought the sunroof from a wrecking yard. I had them cut the whole roof of a Ford F150.

The phantom grille is fabricated. I'm excited how it turned out.

One more piece to the puzzle. This is a rear cab section from 2014 Toyota Tundra Crewmax. I don't need the whole thing, just the roll down rear window, housing, and regulator.
