I just did a map search from Ftw to leavenworth , roughly 560 miles 1 way . depending on dates and lodging I could possibly do this .

Well, it's looking like this all might come together...so I'll (tentatively) jump on board and say I can start to make some plans to make the trip. We'll have cabin fever by then anyway, and will need a reason for a road trip. (Not that I ever need a reason...) ;)

Its your call guys. Come Friday and rest up or come Saturday morning and well go after everyone that is coming shows up. I'll be here all weekend long. If anyone needs directions to my place or the phone number, shoot a PM and I'll get back to you. I have enough room here for 20 people or so if you dont mind sharing a little floor space. There is plenty of room in the back for parking also so dont worry about that well squeeze them in the back yard and around the shop.

Is anyone bringing younguns'? If so let me know and I'll pass the ages and names on the wife. She will plan on some kind of activities to keep them busy. She loves this stuff. Wives, girlfreinds, boyfreinds or significant others will all be welcomed also.

Oh yeah, if I make it there I'll be bringing the whole clan: Trevor (4), Jake (3) and Brianna (1)...and of course my wife w/'bun-in-the-oven'. However, knowing my wife, I think she might be more comfortable in a motel room, but I'll ask her.

Even at that the kids could all group together with Mrs. 67f250cs.

I love it when an M&G gets some dedicated planning.

Thanks guys for helping get this planned up.

I love this "little" Family Of ours.

I was just reminded that my sister-in-law is getting married on the 21st. My wife is the maid-of-honor and my son is the ring-bearer. I'll be able to attend this Meet & Greet only if there are no wedding-type activities going on that weekend (rehersals, fittings, etc.) I'll keep you all informed.

:( I hope you and Mary and the family are able to come. Its a good thing and we really owe this to your efforts of putting this place together in first place.

Fordman, You can come up anytime and be the senior :P spokesman for the group
I would be OK with anyone coming as early as they need to and just bed down here. I think for the local guys ( less than a few hours away ) Saturday morning is good.
What time do you think we should show at the Shriner's meet. I want to see most of it myself.
Any thoughts??

And Keith heres to Your sister in laws Marriage, May it be happy and long.

Hey 67,
Tentatively reduce your accommodations by 2, pencil me and Ms Thang in , there are some variables but we are both in need of a little road trip.

It just dawned on me that the itinerary hasn't really been mentioned, except for something about a Shriner's Meet. What is that, where is it, and is there a website to check out for more info?
