Holy Smokes!
John, that shop is huge! Nice though. Now I've got shop envy. I do ok with a two car garage...ok a five bike garage with a laundry area.
There's a little argument in the household though. I think it's a garage and Ol' what'shername thinks it's that big ass closet on the north end of the house.
I plan on drywalling mine with pegboard when the rest of the house is done. Any thoughts?

Let her have that one and build yourself a new one?
With a sleeping area so you'll have a place to go when she sees the price tag!

I've got a hammock in this one. I don't use it much anymore. I used to do a lot of all nighters getting the bikes ready for runs and such. Don't do that much with the baby and all now.
I'd use the hammock when I was too tired to clean up real good before bed.
Funny how crawling into a freshly made bed all dirty and leaving a greasy handprint on the wife's butt will spoil the romance.

I see.
When I build my next shop I may just have to do that setup.
That way I have a place to sleep when the wife thinks I am having an affair with my truck.

! its a cool setup, me and my family didnt design it like that, the guy before us added the "shop" side on to fit his huge boats he had, and the 1 car garage on the opposite side of it to get the lawn mowers in and out, its pretty much the only thing that that 1 car can be used for because it leads to my yard, so cars will not be able to get in or out of there. here are some more pictures.

I just installed some shelving and got my garage clean and organized. So here are some pictures!
I have no ceiling which is good for storage.
