Thanks for the input TOF. I'll just talk to as many offices and people as I have to in order to get this taken care of without paying an arm and a leg. I'll also make sure I'm armed with a copy of the registration laws that apply.

Gotta just luv Cali. DMV! They can rob you without a gun. You might
try regestering online. All the people at the DMV offices are apparently
given an "are you an idiot" test before hireing.

i was just there yesterday to get a green sticker for my kdx and they had a sign that said "celebrating 20 years". i thought they should add "of torture" or something like that after it.
