so you were able to adapt the c6 mount with the 4r70w trans.

Holes lined up perfect. No modification

Good info about the C6 mount! What are you planning to run for wiring harness?

I am going to pare back the Crown Vic harness.

That's my plan too. I have a whole donor car so I can get everything I need.

OK, Crown vic rear axle is installed along with stock crown vic driveshaft. No shock mounts yet.

I'm not positive but I believe you need to box in the frame where you mount the front suspension. Might want to check out some other builds to make sure

Is that the stock 2003 rear? Thinking about going that route...pretty easy swap, and I can run a square wheel setup

Yep it is the crown rear stripped of 4 link brackets. Stock drive shaft worked also. threw out my back doing rear end as did the trucks owner. So a little time off is needed.

any more updates. im trying to work on mine. i ended up trading my stock 69 for one that has the cv front end done and a tbird irs rearend.
