Not sure. It was "regular" aluminum flashing that they sell at home depot. So far it is still on there with the contact cement I used. When I do this with the doors I will use silicon to stick the aluminum to the mat just to cut cost.

I found the same type of Yoga Mat at Walmart for $8 two days ago.

Yep! One 24" x 10" below the dent, 2 6" x 10" above the dent spaced evenly across the area.
