What about a narrow 35 inch?

Post by mkitchen »

I have 315/75 X 16 tires on 8" wide alloy rims but I have a stock 16" spare wheel that I would like to mount a spare on. I will not be rotating the spare on the truck, but just using it as a spare. Is there a tire that I can mount on that rim that would be the same height as the 315/75? I want to mount it vertical in the bed of the truck and would like something as narrow as possible so as not to take up too much room in the bed.
Thanks
Mikey

Im not to impressed with the 2 piece steel wheel, have 33x12.5 on my F350 and lost all the hub caps off they flex like crazy. Now got the fordged alluminum.....

Seperating all my steel wheels, removing the centers (12 of them) and making shop seats out of them. Looks pretty cool with the hollow centers, might laser cut some sheet metal pictures to weld in the center skulls, etc..etc..
